generally my slots are done on a first come, first serve basis, but ultimately if i find that your character catches my eye or that i could capture your design well, i will select you above another candidate.BEFORE submitting an application you MUST go over my website & understand my TOS. applications submitted BEFORE slots are open will be invalid unless you have contacted me and i have reserved space for you.

- these are BASE PRICES your commission will very likely cost over this unless your design is very simplistic.
- additional costs apply for features such as: larger sized parts like long tails, complex patterns & designs, any additions such as spikes & piercings, over x3 fur colours, and unique shapes & species.

after ive accepted your commission, you may either PAY UPFRONT, OR pay at least a 30% deposit. this MUST be done within SEVEN DAYS of my accepting your commission or you will loose your slot. you may pay the remaining amount whenever you wish, but i MUST receive the FULL PAYMENT (including shipping) before i can send your fursuit.
SHIPPING
i currently ship within AUSTRALIA ONLY.shipping costs $35 and is flat rate. this covers the cost of both the shipping and any materials i may use to protect/ contain your order!

hi!! i am corey, the artist also known online as GALAXYGINGER06.
i am a small fursuit maker & digital artist from newcastle, nsw.
i have been in the fandom since i was just eleven years of age, but i have been creating art my entire life. i studied fashion & textile production for a year and a half, and have since fallen in love with making bringing characters to life through making fursuits.MY FURSUIT MAKING JOURNEY
i started out by sculpting small scale replicas using polymer clay of my own & some of my friends fursonas for fun, and to gain a better understanding of 3D forms. around 2021, i made my first partial fursuit for myself! later in the year, i ended up making another fursuit head as a gift to a friend.around early 2023, i began working on my next personal fursuit, fissile the serval. he has had many little refurbishments over the years, and is currently being made into my first full suit!in early 2024, i started work on yet another fursuit head for myself! after i completed the suit, i realised i no longer had the same love for the character as i started out with, so i decided to sell him. at this point, i was a very experienced seamstress and i started becoming very confident in my fursuit making skills, and finally decided to start working part time as a fursuit maker!MY QUALIFICATIONS

CAN I RESERVE A SPOT FOR WHEN COMMISSIONS ARE NEXT OPEN?
yes! i am more than happy to put you at the top of my list when i have slots open next, so long as you will be ready to pay necessary fees when this occurs. if prices or my TOS are to ever change by the time your commission is accepted, you must abide by any new guidelines.CAN I GET A QUOTE?
i am more than happy to get you a quote at any time for no additional fee! i would recommend reading my website & checking my base prices beforehand to have an idea as to what you may be paying, what fursuit parts i offer & what guidelines i may require you to follow beforehand.HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE YOU TO MAKE A FURSUIT?
it will depend on what you have ordered as to how long the completion of the piece will take. generally, it may take ONE MONTH or more for all materials to be gathered and ready for use. then, it may take TWO MONTHS or more for a fursuit head to be completed, and it may take ONE MONTH or more for any additional accessories to be completed.i will always give you an estimation as to how long your project will take me to complete, and you will receive regular updates on its progress.WHAT KINDS OF UPDATES WILL I GET?
during your commission being made, i will regularly send you general updates, any necessary information, as well as frequent pictures of my progress. i will require your feedback, to ensure you are more than happy with the final product!updates will be sent to you via EMAIL or DISCORD, dependant on your preferred communication method!WHAT PARTS DOES A PARTIAL FURSUIT INCLUDE?
a fursuit partial will include 1 FURSUIT HEAD, 1 PAIR OF HANDPAWS & 1 TAIL. additional parts will result in additional costs!
MY TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL
you must be of at least 18 years of age to commission me. i reserve the right to request evidence of your age at any time during the commission process. if you are underage, consult with a parent or guardian who can make the purchase on your behalf.i will ask you to sign a form to agree to my TOS before any payments are made or any of my work begins. you may do this digitally, or scan a printed version of it.i am NOT responsible for the package once it leaves my hands. any damages that may occur during shipping i will not be held responsible for.i reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time:
- if i am feeling in any way THREATENED or UNCOMFORTABLE
- if you take OVER SEVEN DAYS to make the initial payment after i accept your commission
- if you do not follow my terms of service
any individual whos commission has been cancelled is at risk of being blacklisted from purchasing any art from me in the future.i unfortunately may have to decline your commission if i do not feel completely confident that i can bring your vision to life. if this is the case, feel free to try again in the future and i may accept it later.commissioned parts that have been CANCELLED or REFUNDED will be repurposed & changed, and likely resold to another individual.if any issues may occur with the making of your costume, such as any delays & issues with materials, i will notify you as soon as i am able to.ANY measurements that have been taken incorrectly, written wrong, or are otherwise not accurate may result in a poorly fitted final product. i will not be help responsible for any poor measurements on your part.PAYMENTS
at least 30% of the full payment MUST be made upfront. this is to cover the costs of materials. refunds will NOT BE AVAILABLE AFTER MATERIALS HAVE BEEN PURCHASED. this payment MUST be made within SEVEN DAYS of my accepting your commission to secure your slot.i will NOT send you your fursuit until the FULL AMOUNT has been paid.SHIPPING
i ship WITHIN AUSTRALIA ONLY.i require you to pay the full price of shipping before your fursuit is posted.*YOU MAY INSURE YOUR COMMISSION AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE! please let me know before i post the piece.i may be able to hand deliver your fursuit to you, please let me know if you would prefer this. this is only available to individuals within NEWCASTLE, SOME AREAS OF THE HUNTER, CENTRAL COAST, OR SYDNEY NSW.ALLERGY WARNING
though they are not welcome in my workspace, i do own pet CATS, DOGS, and RATS. your piece WILL NOT COME INTO CONTACT WITH THEM AT ALL, but if you have a particularly severe allergy to any of these, i would not recommend commissioning me as i unfortunately can not guarantee zero chance of any contamination.WARRANTY & REPAIRS
if the container that your piece arrives in comes damaged at all, please take photos BEFORE opening. if your fursuit arrives damaged AT ALL, please send me photos and any details immediately, i will need to contact any shipping services used as soon as possible.i am more than happy to provide any minor repairs your fursuit at any time for no additional costs with the exception of shipping. MISUSE of your costume OR any work done by another tailor without first consulting me may void this warranty. any major repairs will have to be discussed, and fees may apply.your fursuit MUST be cleaned before it is sent back to me for any reason, you will be charged with a cleaning fee if not.if in the future you would like any changes to be made to your completed fursuit, please discuss this with me. fees may apply.REFUNDS
if you arent happy with your commission, please contact me with details and any photo evidence, and we can discuss possible solutions.you acknowledge that requesting a refund may result in you not being reconsidered for future commissions.refunds will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

it is recommended that another individual measures you, using a good quality or new tape measure, as this will result in more accurate measurements. please send me your measurements in CENTIMETERS.for other parts, such as armsleeves, i may require other measurements. if so, i will let you know and send you any necessary guides or references.FURSUIT HEAD:
